Moto Z3 Launched | Full Specifications | 40 hours on a single charge | 6 inch screen

Lenovo owned motorola lauched its Moto Z3 play. It features  modular technology to enhance the user experience through Moto Mods. It is the first Moto Z Play model to debut with dual rear camera setup. It comes with Moto Action and features One Button Nav bar to offer gesture controls. It also carries Moto Power Pack mod which increases its battery life as long as  40 hrs on a single charge.  Lets see how much its going to cost our pockets.... well the price and availability of Moto Z3 Play for Indian market is yet to be known. But it has been priced BRL 2,299 in Brazil( approximately Rs 40,000). It will cost $499 in US along with Moto Power Pack. It will be available at stores such as best buy, walmart, target, fry's. Walmart Flipkart acquisition: Walmart takesover 77% stake of Flipkart for $16 billion | Biggest E-commerce acquisition


Flipkart a India grown startup which started off with selling books online to becoming India's largest e-commerce site has acquired a big name in the business world. Flipkart was valued at $20 Billion and yesterday Walmart wrapped up the deal with taking over 77% stake of the comapny for $16 Billion and completely exiting the co- founder and CEO Sachin Bansal, while the other co- founder Binny Bansal remains invested.

Walmart has tried hard from years to get into Indian market and make a grip on the same, but even after continuous efforts form years it was only able to land up as wholesale dealer all across India with just 21 stores in total. The deal is definitely a big one for Walmart as the market share war with Amazon is a big concern as now ebay India has also decide to part away from Flipkart by selling it's stakes in Flipkart for $1.1 billion.

Predictors of the future outcomes claim that this acquisition might not be fruitful for online Flipkart sellers as Walmart can wipe them off in search of new and self branded products. However, the outcomes of this deal can only be predicted after 5-10 years.
