Moto Z3 Launched | Full Specifications | 40 hours on a single charge | 6 inch screen

Lenovo owned motorola lauched its Moto Z3 play. It features  modular technology to enhance the user experience through Moto Mods. It is the first Moto Z Play model to debut with dual rear camera setup. It comes with Moto Action and features One Button Nav bar to offer gesture controls. It also carries Moto Power Pack mod which increases its battery life as long as  40 hrs on a single charge.  Lets see how much its going to cost our pockets.... well the price and availability of Moto Z3 Play for Indian market is yet to be known. But it has been priced BRL 2,299 in Brazil( approximately Rs 40,000). It will cost $499 in US along with Moto Power Pack. It will be available at stores such as best buy, walmart, target, fry's. In Canada it will be available htrough Videotron, bell mobility, vergin mobile, MTS, SaskTel. SPECIFICATIONS : Display 6.01-inch Processor 1.8 GHz, Qualcomm snapdragon

Reliance communication and Sistema mergers..

 Reliance communications today has successfully completed its merger transaction with Sistema's Indian wireless business, carried on by Sistema Shyam teleservices  Limited under the brand name MTS. The deal was announced back in the year 2015 and  got approved last week.

Under the terms of agreement RCOM will acquire the telecommunications bussiness of SSTL
including its licenses. RCOM will also acquire 30 MHZ of the most valuable and superior 800/850 MHZ band spectrum, ideally suited for 4G LTE services.


This merger will lead to extension of validity of RCOM's spectrum protfolio in the 800/850 mhz band in eight important circle ( Delhi, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, UP, West Bengal) by a period of 12 years-from 2021 to 2033.

The merger transaction involves issuance of 10% of  equity shares by RCOM to SSTL. RCOM will assume liability to pay DoT instalments for SSTL's spectrum, amounting to Rs 390 crore per annum for the next 8 years.

Sistema's president Mikhail Shamolin is optimistic about the merger and hopes that the merger will help in strengthening company's position in the Telecom industry.
