Moto Z3 Launched | Full Specifications | 40 hours on a single charge | 6 inch screen

Lenovo owned motorola lauched its Moto Z3 play. It features  modular technology to enhance the user experience through Moto Mods. It is the first Moto Z Play model to debut with dual rear camera setup. It comes with Moto Action and features One Button Nav bar to offer gesture controls. It also carries Moto Power Pack mod which increases its battery life as long as  40 hrs on a single charge.  Lets see how much its going to cost our pockets.... well the price and availability of Moto Z3 Play for Indian market is yet to be known. But it has been priced BRL 2,299 in Brazil( approximately Rs 40,000). It will cost $499 in US along with Moto Power Pack. It will be available at stores such as best buy, walmart, target, fry's. Broadcom Proposes to Acquire Qualcomm for $70.00 per Share in Cash and Stock in Transaction Valued at $130 Billion

Broadcom has proposed to acquire Qualcomm for a value of  $130 Billion, $70.00 per share to be received by Qualcomm stockholders would consist of $60.00 in cash and $10.00 per share in Broadcom shares.



Qualcomm, on the other hand, has acknowledged that it has received the proposal from Broadcom and said that Board of Directors are in talks with the financial and legal advisor and will assess the proposal in order to pursue the course of action that is in the best interests of Qualcomm shareholders.



Qualcomm has plans to acquire NXP, but Broadcom has clarified that it's Proposal Stands Whether Qualcomm's Pending Acquisition of NXP is Consummated on the Currently Disclosed Terms of $110 per Share or the NXP Transaction is Terminated. Buying Qualcomm would make Broadcom third-largest chipmaker sitting right behind Intel and Samsung Electronics
