Moto Z3 Launched | Full Specifications | 40 hours on a single charge | 6 inch screen

Lenovo owned motorola lauched its Moto Z3 play. It features  modular technology to enhance the user experience through Moto Mods. It is the first Moto Z Play model to debut with dual rear camera setup. It comes with Moto Action and features One Button Nav bar to offer gesture controls. It also carries Moto Power Pack mod which increases its battery life as long as  40 hrs on a single charge.  Lets see how much its going to cost our pockets.... well the price and availability of Moto Z3 Play for Indian market is yet to be known. But it has been priced BRL 2,299 in Brazil( approximately Rs 40,000). It will cost $499 in US along with Moto Power Pack. It will be available at stores such as best buy, walmart, target, fry's. Tata Teleservices Ltd.'s Debt free merger with Airtel

Bharti Airtel is all set tol acquire Tata teleservices Ltd.for free as in at least a $1 billion business to Airtel for free. After the acquisition of Telenor this would be the second acquisition by Airtel. Telecom industry in India is transforming rapidly as Vodafone and Idea is also merging to form a singular firm.



Tata will pay off it past liabilities  before being acquired by Airtel.  This makes it a debt free and cash free merger.Under the agreement, India's largest mobile-phone operator will get Tata Teleservices Ltd.'s airwaves and 40 million customers

"The consideration we're getting is that instead of closing down the business, we are taking care of every stakeholder," said Agrawal at Tata's Mumbai headquarters. "Frankly, this business should have been restructured a long time back. We lost the industry position a while ago and we never recovered."
