Google ready to acquire HTC !!

Google and HTC has shared success together and Individually, with the latest Google-HTC collaboration  for the Google flagship Device "Pixel" was fruitful.

With HTC struggling in the last few quarters & Google looking for a new way to integrate software, content, hardware, networking and cloud, this acquisitions sound fine and mutually satisfies both.

Considering the report by Taiwanese news outlet Commercial Times, Google is ready and is very much near in completing the acquisition process. Reports also suggest that only Smartphone and R&D sector will be acquired leaving the VR sector under HTC.

This acquisition news is also gives rise to questions as "Why did Google sold Motorola mobility to Lenovo after few months of it's acquisition ? Was Google not concentrating on the Software-hardware integration and that point?
